    Hi, I am Steve Katz, as my daughter Nina Katz has more quickly answered the question I am asked related to food and food writing/recipe development … “he has a culinary background” — my career and education are in law, policy, govt, Capitol Hill ….

    This last year or two has included a Jewish Rye Bread, well as one person said, “Katz Rye Has Soul” and another said “ Katz Rye Speaks To Me” and yet another “Kol Hakavod” Hebrew for good deed.
